*Bring your folder each day and
empty it each night!
* Reading: We are learning the names
of all the letters for the next 5 weeks. We will then go back and work
on letter sounds. We are learning a lot of new words. Please practice
the paper reading books when they come home and SAVE them to practice again.
Math: We are working on position
words and math terms to better understand math concepts. We are
counting on to 50 and learning to identify number to 20.
*Writing: We are working on how to
for letters, from top to bottom, and proper pencil grip. We are trying to write our
name without looking! We are also learning the use of capital letters
at the beginning of sentences or names.
