Physical Education Mission Statement

The mission of the Physical Education department here at Ridgeview Elementary is as follows:

To develop team and individual skills, rules interpretation, safety awareness, and a working knowledge in health enhancing physical activity. We will promote the learning of locomotor and non-locomotor skills along with manipulative skills in the classroom. We will also study the prevention and treatment of illness and injury. 

Our ultimate goal is to make every student a life-long proponent for physical activity and health.
