Miss Bales 4th grade science class tested a working model of the eye. They each cut and folded an eye and slid a cornea lenses (a magnifying glass) into a paper retina. Then went to the glass hallway to allow sunlight to reflect through the lens and onto the retina. They discovered that it reflected an upside down image ranging from blurry to sharp. They will continue discussing and researching the eye to figure out why the image was upside down and what makes our own eyes see the world differently (blurry or sharply).
