Ridgeview Elementary School facilitates an Illinois State Board of Education grant funded Preschool For All (PFA) program. Our PFA program provides a limited number of spaces, and the screening assists us in identifying students who would benefit most from early childhood education. Screening allows us to measure your child's developing progress in the four basic areas of motor, concepts, language, and social/behavioral interactions. In addition to screening in these academic areas, your child will also receive a vision and hearing screening.
Please click on the Pre-k Screening Registration Form to begin the screening process. After completing the form, an elementary office staff member will be contacting you to set-up a screening time.
The child must be 3 years old on/before the screening date.
Pre-k students who were enrolled in our program last year do not need to re-screen.
