Noah attended a luncheon at Bloomington Country Club on Thursday, March 9th, in recognition of this accomplishment. Noah was selected based on a winning essay, his excellent citizenship, and his involvement at Ridgeview. Noah was one of 12 students honored from area schools located in McLean County. Noah was awarded a certificate and a monetary gift for his accomplishment.
Mrs. McDowell nominated Carlos Villegas. Carlos volunteers for the Big Stang/Little Stang mentoring program. Carlos goes above and beyond to spend time and mentor his elementary Little Stang. Carlos is also a member of the varsity basketball team.
Miss Bobrytzke (Mr. Wyant's student teacher) nominated Taylor Cavinder.
During the month of January, Taylor has been an excellent class participant. She comes to class with a curious and willing attitude. During discussions, she shares her ideas, listens to her classmates, and asks thought provoking questions. Taylor's participation and attitude adds a lot to our class discussions and helps everyone in class learn more.
