ESSER Fund Usage

The district will use funds to provide the following:

  • Learning loss support

  • Cleaning and sanitation supplies. 

  • Equip classrooms for synchronous instruction and platforms to address learning gaps

  • Equip existing HVAC system with ionization system for air quality improvement

  • Hire additional staff to support the school nurse

  • SEL programming and counseling support

  • Improving mathematics curriculum

  • Support staff to assist students with learning loss

The district will utilize assessment scores to identify student learning gaps resulting from the disruption in educational services. Once the learning gap is identified targeted best practice approaches will be utilized to address the existing gap.

Instructional and support  programs  provide education for all students, regardless of the types of barriers (gender, race, national origin, color, disability, or age).The timeline for providing services and assistance to students and staff is currently underway. This has been and always will be a function of schools.

Each month the Board of Education for the district meets, discusses, and determines any changes needed for our instructional plan. During this meeting there is also a portion for public input for anything on our not not the agenda. Any stakeholder is free to share input on the instructional plan.

District will continue to provide Chromebooks to all students K-12. Teachers will be using technology to provide education for all students, regardless of the types of barriers (gender, race, national origin, color, disability, or age). District will continue to provide a clean learning environment. The district will provide social/emotional support services.
