Below is info sent to us today from the IESA about fan behavior tomorrow at the State Tournament for those who will be attending.
I understand that your fans are very passionate about your team, but we ask that you assist us and host administration in supervising your fans during the tournament. We will not tolerate fans who stand up, yell, curse, or point at officials before, during, or after a game. Please remind fans to keep it positive and think before they speak. Any fan who is asked to leave due to their behavior will not be allowed back to the State Tournament.
If you will have a student section present, we ask that you communicate with them to cheer for their team and not make negative comments directed at the opposing team or individual players.
We want this to be a positive experience that your team will always remember, and negative fan behavior takes away from their experience.
Go Mustangs!!!!
