Hiring Bus Drivers

Dear Ridgeview Community,,

I am reaching out to you with a pressing issue that requires our collective support and involvement.

As the Ridgeview Schools Superintendent, I am deeply committed to ensuring the well-being and education of our students. However, we are currently facing a significant challenge that affects our ability to provide safe and reliable transportation for our students: a severe shortage of bus drivers. Our district has an immediate opening for a daily route bus driver and we always need substitute bus drivers.

Our dedicated team has been working tirelessly to ensure that our buses continue to run on schedule, but the shortage has placed an enormous strain on our transportation department, especially our current drivers. This shortage threatens not only the punctuality of our bus routes (including field trips and extra-curriculars) but also the overall safety and well-being of our students.

I am reaching out to our community today because I believe that the solution to this problem lies within our own midst. I am asking our community members to consider becoming a part of our team by becoming a school bus driver. If you or someone you know possesses a valid driver's license, a commitment to safety, and a desire to make a positive impact on our community's future, I invite you to consider this vital role.
