Attention Kindergarten - Second grade families:
The holiday lunch is right around the corner on Wednesday, November 20. The Elementary parking lot will fill up quickly. Additional parking can be found on the elementary playground, accessible through the bus lane off of Riverview Dr. Please check the following schedule of events in order to make sure you show up at the appropriate time for the classroom activity and meal for your student. Please make sure you have paid for and reserved the spot for those who will be attending. We look forward to sharing a meal with you and welcoming you to our school!
Kindergarten: Arrival/Activity starts at 10:20. Lunch: 10:35-11:05
1st grade: Arrival/Activity starts at 10:30. Lunch: 10:45-11:15
2nd grade: Arrival/Activity starts at 10:40. Lunch: 10:55-11:25
After dismissal from lunch, students will say goodbye and head to recess. Parents will be free to go after lunch dismissal.

Kindergartners are working with Play-Doh in art class. They made whatever they wanted. Mrs. Hoffert prepared us for clay next week. Taking Play-Doh home is cool!







Students are making clay snails, pinch pots and coil pots in art class.






Marshall's friends are coming from the YWCA to teach our students the first week of December! Be on the lookout for a letter coming home with your students--it has all of the details!

Books online provide another way to enhance vocabulary and learning opportunities in the classroom. Marshall loves them because he gets extra snuggles! Marshall helps keep friends seated and focused and he learns lots from their classroom book discussions after watching!

Kindergarten loved learning about pumpkins with the help of students in Ag. We even made our own pumpkins with facts on them!









1st grade had a blast building with apples to wrap up our unit learning all about apples!
