Marshall's uniform helps him get mentally focused to work. He wears a blue vest and halti at school. The halti allows for gentle steering and guiding. He can eat, drink and play with it on. He loves working at school--and getting ready in the morning!

Over the weekend, the 5th and 6th grade volleyball teams completed at the 20-team Pontiac St. Mary's Volleyball Extravaganza. 5th grade finished 2nd in the consolation bracket and 6th grade finished 3rd in the consolation bracket. Congratulations!

Congratulations to Mrs. McCoy! She has been awarded an Empowering Education Grants for $500 from Eastern Illini Electric Cooperative. Eastern Illini supports schools and teachers in our service territory by funding projects that inspire and engage students and provide valuable learning experiences. She was one of 40 teachers in the state to receive this award. Please join me in congratulating her on this outstanding effort to support her students! Way to go Mrs. McCoy!
