
The Varsity girls go into Thanksgiving break with a 55-32 victory over Tri-Point.

End of the 3rd quarter and the Varsity girls lead Tri-Point 46-22.

At the half, the Varsity girls lead the Chargers 30-15.

At the end of the 1st quarter, the Varsity girls lead Tri-Point 19-7.

The JV girls fall tonight to Tri-Point by the score of 22-29.

At the half, the Mustang JV girls lead Tri-Point by a score of 11-7.

Who says school isn't fun?! Mr. Malinowski and Mrs. Moreland's 6th grade class played games together as they prepared for Thanksgiving break.




What are you thankful for this year? Mrs. Moreland's classes are thankful for each other! Students shared what they were thankful for and made Thankful Pumpkins!






Collaboration and planning a Thanksgiving meal was happening in Mrs. Moreland's math class! Students worked hard together to plan and budget a meal as a team.



Rehearsals have begun this morning for the ILMEA All-District music festival!
Students from all over Central Illinois needed to audition and be selected to participate in this event today. Pictured here is the Junior High All-District band - and the three Ridgeview students who were able to make it in!
Congratulations to Matthew Denham (Baritone), Kellen Kennedy (Trombone), and Caitlan Ritter (Clarinet) for earning this honor!
Congratulations also to Kylie Kennedy (Soprano), Landon Christner (Bass), Alex Kennedy (Bass), and Jake Evans (Bass) for earning a spot in the High School All-District Chorus!
And congratulations also to Josie Allen, Anna Becker, and Addison Scaggs for earning their place in the Junior High All-District Chorus!





Mr Leinweber’s Anatomy & Physiology and Biology 2 classes went to the Peoria Riverfront Museum to see the world renowned Body Worlds exhibit. Students were able to learn about the plastination preservative process of the human body. The exhibit was focused on the anatomy of healthy choices and allowed students the opportunity to learn about the everyday choices they make and the implications of those choices on their own bodies.











Mr. Malinowski's 6th grade class was able to put their knowledge of ratios to the test, working with recipes, making mash potatoes for the teachers Thanksgiving lunch!



Mrs. Schultz's HS Driver Ed classes have been out on the road and getting in Behind the Wheel hours. There have also been a couple of students who have gotten pulled over..... for practice purposes. Mock pull-overs in Driver Ed, while making sure students know how to conduct themselves during a traffic stop.




Students in Mrs. McCoy's Advanced English 3 class made board games based on Lord of the Flies: today they played their games!




Students in Mrs. Moreland's math classes have earned Reflex Math awards for their math fact fluency! They are working hard and making great progress!

The 8th Grade Ag class did a Cheese Lab during their Dairy Unit - they used taste, texture, and color to help them identify 10 different types of cheese. Many tried new varieties of cheese and found there were several they liked and some they didn’t!
