When Marshall is calm and relaxed students often match and mirror his energy. We often call this co-regulation with humans and Marshall is a great tool to help students when they are needing to calm down and a great teaching tool when their emotions are regulated.

Good Morning, Earlier this morning some may have noticed multiple police officers at and in our building. We want to inform you that their presence was due to a door being found propped open early this morning. They walked the building and determined there were no ongoing issues or concerns related to this matter. I want to thank the McLean County Sheriff’s Office and the Colfax Police Department for their prompt response and support in ensuring our safety. Thank you for your understanding. Mr. Young

Ridgeview Families, While we have been enjoying some milder weather the last few days, a cold snap is just around the corner. Temperatures are expected to drop into the single digits tomorrow (Wednesday) into Thursday. Please make sure students are dressing appropriately - coats, hats, gloves, etc. Stay warm! Mr. Young
