The 4th grade Market Day was another huge success! They came up with some amazing creations again this year and had fun selling their products today!

During the Plant study, the Pre-K students learned about the parts of a plant we can eat. They enjoyed a "Parts of the Plant" snack. Parts of the Plant Snack: Seeds - Sunflower Seeds Flower/Fruit - Oranges or Strawberries Leaves - Spinach Stem - Celery Roots - Carrots

B is for balloons 🎈 WOW! We learned it takes practice and lots of air to blow balloons up in 1st grade.

1st grade is celebrating the last couple weeks of school with an A-Z countdown! We started with A-Bring a stuffed Animal to school and today was B-Balloon Day!

We are celebrating the completion of state testing! Our hard working, smart and focused students made us proud! End of the week celebration included prizes, ice cream and outside play! Great work Mustangs!

Today started the ABC countdown in 1st grade. We have 27!days of school left (we started a day early because of our field trip). A is for stuffed animal day!!

The Pre-K students learned how plants drink water. They were able to observe this process with a color changing flower experiment. The flowers absorbed the water through the stem and then into the flower petals.

Spring is in the air---and these kids are staying focused and working hard until the end of school! Well done!

IAR testing is officially DONE and our students ROCKED it! Huge thanks to our Student Council for the awesome hallway decorations that kept everyone motivated all week. So proud of all the hard work and positive energy!

Thank you to the Gibson Area Hospital for hosting the school tours and giving our 2nd grade classes a great field trip!

Marshall is one lucky pup! His thoughtful students created friendship bracelets and charms for him to wear!
