PARENTS - we need you!
The S.T.A.N.G.S is a parent/teacher group that provides resources for the students and staff at Ridgeview Elementary. They provide meals for teachers at P/T conferences, gifts for staff recognition, field trip funding, field day funding/volunteers and participate in many other activities! Parent participation is the key to making this organization successful. We would like to see more parents bring new thoughts and ideas to our monthly meetings and to spearhead future activities.
We are hosting an informational meeting on Tuesday, April 5 at 7:00pm in the High School Media Center. This is open to any parent who wants to learn more about this group. This is a great way to help our community by supporting the students and staff at Ridgeview. We want this group to remain an impactful resource for the students and staff at Ridgeview Elementary. Smile IL Dentist:
The Smile IL team plan on returning Monday 3-14, to see the rest of the students sign-up for dental exams.

Due to snow covered icy roads, Ridgeview Schools will be using an E-Learning Day today. Teachers will reach out to students through their classroom platforms this morning. A decision on afternoon and evening activities will be made later today.

Menu Change for Wednesday 3/16 we will be having Orange Chicken instead of Sweet and Sour Chicken.
Congratulations to Mrs. Schuler for being a recipient of the Empowering Education Grant! She plans to use the funds to purchase high-interest Playaway books for the library. Students will be able to check out the new Playaways, which are pre-loaded audiobooks, that can be listened to anywhere! These are very popular in the library, so Mrs. Schuler is excited to offer students new book titles!
