4th grade figured area and perimeter with giant shapes!




4th graders celebrated the end of their novel “Because of Winn-Dixie” with a party at the end of October! Students enjoyed peanut butter and egg salad sandwiches, punch, and Littmus Lozenges. Classrooms were even decorated just like the party in the book!

Pre-K had Firefighter Langhoff visit us yesterday for fire safety month.


Students ended their agriculture unit with a guest speaker from the McLean County Agriculture Program. They got to create and try butter. They also discussed what products can be made from corn and soybeans.

Students in third grade are recognized for their support of a fellow student.

Students finished up their agriculture science unit. They had fun acting like a farmer during their farm simulation. They learned so much about the life of a farmer!
