Second grade had a guest speaker today that taught students all about the job of a surgical tech! They got to see the tools they use, how they get dressed for their job, and asked lots of great questions. They have enjoyed learning about different jobs that work with the human body.

Kindergarten - Pre-Registration
We were made aware this morning about 8:30 a.m. that an activity bus traveling to Bloomington was involved in a one-vehicle accident. The bus ended up off the road on its side. We are not aware of any injuries and have been in contact with all of those on the bus and the parents of all students on the bus. We are assured everyone is safe at this time. Out of an abundance of caution, all of those on the bus were taken to local hospitals. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact the District office. Fourth and fifth grade students just finished an exciting persuasive writing unit! Students designed a donut and wrote an essay to Dave’s Supermarket explaining why their donut was the best and should be made. Everyone did a fantastic job and our winner, Cade Morefield, got to taste his creation! “The Baconator” was enjoyed by all students last week!
