Living to Serve 💙 These 3 attended the Section 9 Midwest Food Bank last night. They started the night with a question and answer panel and then they spent 2 hours packaging pretzels to be sent out to Food Pantries.

Good afternoon. With a guaranteed position in the playoffs, we are pleased to announce the opening of the official Playoff Apparel Store. The store is currently active and will remain open until 9:00 AM on Thursday, October 23rd. This deadline ensures that all orders will be completed and distributed by October 29th or 30th, allowing the apparel to be worn for the first round of playoff competition. Please note that this is the only playoff apparel store scheduled at this time. Should the team advance to the later rounds of the playoffs, the possibility of establishing a subsequent store will be re-evaluated. Further details regarding the collection and distribution of ordered items will be communicated in a follow-up message at a later date. The past few weeks have been busy in the Ridgeview FFA!

Last week we had 12 first year Greenhand FFA members attend the U of I Greenhand Conference. Members were split up into groups where they learned about personality types, goal setting, and leadership skills. They also had the chance to meet new people and make so many connections! We are excited to see the next step of this group's FFA Career!

This week we attended the Section 9 Leadership Training School and Greenhand Fire Up. Max Mason, one of our officers attended the workshops to learn new ideas and skills to bring back to the chapter! While he was in his workshop our 6 greenhands attended the Fire Up with our State FFA Treasurer Kaydance Wooton. They played games that allowed them to practice their team building and communication skills!🔵🟡🔵

Mark your calendars for Monday Oct 20th, Chestnut Family Health will be here to provide Flu Shots, starting after school until 6pm. No appointments needed, it is a walk-in clinic this year!
