We are excited to announce that the new library is installed! Free books--no returns needed! Ridgeview Elementary wants to promote literacy and put free books into the hands of all kids! Come and help yourself! We have dedicated this new project to Judy McCormick--an English and language arts teacher. Judy was also an avid reader, volunteered at Ridgeview and loved Ridgeview basketball. Special thank you to the Ridgeview Building Trades class for their precise and efficient instillation.

Students in Mrs. McCoy’s Advanced English 1 class are learning how to decode Shakespeare’s language. As part of this process, students use the strategies they’ve learned to write their own Shakespearean “play” and act it out for the class.
